Rick Moulton
Producer/Director
Rick Moulton has been an independent filmmaker since 1972. His career began in the 1960s with the making of Freeform and Oceans, surf movies made in Hawaii and California. He came back east with his wife Melinda and worked for Vermont Public Television in the 1970s. As an independent filmmaker in the early 80s, his film Legends of American Skiing won the Baniff Mountain Film Festival and was nationally released on PBS. Rick has produced numerous productions for the ski industry. Other clients include IBM, The Orton Foundation, and NBC. Rick has extensive archival experience, setting up the Care Collection for the New York Public Library, a film archive for the National Ski Hall of Fame, and most recently working with the Lowell Thomas collection.
Anne T Donaghy

Anne Thomas Donaghy is the granddaughter of journalist, author and radio broadcaster Lowell Thomas. Thanks to him, and to her parents Tay and Lowell Jr., she was blessed with the love-to-travel gene, which she has been putting to good use. In 2016 Anne formed the company So Long Productions - in honor of her grandfather's broadcast sign-off "And so long until tomorrow!" - which has helped produce both "Lowell Thomas and the Rise of Broadcast News" and the remastered "Out Of This World" by Lowell Jr. in 1949 Tibet. When not traveling Anne is a writer living in Meriden, New Hampshire.
David Wright

David is well known for his work as a director of photography (DP) / wildlife cameraman on major network series for the BBC Natural History Unit (NHU), Discovery, National Geographic, Curiosity Stream and PBS. He also shoots feature documentaries for independent companies that have included a biography of inventor Dean Kamen (Slingshot), the story of men that resisted the Vietnam draft (The Boys Who Said No), climate change (Behold the Earth), a history of Tibet (Out of the World) and a biography of artist Alan Magee (The Dark Illuminates the Light)
Originally from the UK and trained at Oxford Scientific Films (OSF), David has now based in the United States (USA), he has worked in over 60 countries and all seven continents.

In 2007, Michael started Michael Couture Media where he combined his over 30 years of experience as a professional music and video producer, picture and sound editor, DVD author and compressionist, motion graphic artist, color correction artist, and photographer. Michael continues his work editing historical documentaries, archival photo restoration, 3-D photo motion control, and when there's time, his photography and watercolor painting. Clients include, A&E, Discovery, PBS, Turner, Amazon, Netflix, and iTunes.
Mitch Stephens

Mitchell Stephens, a professor of journalism in the Carter Institute at New York University, is the author of A History of News, a New York Times “notable book of the year.” Stephens also has written several other books on journalism and media, including Beyond News: The Future of Journalism and the rise of the image the fall of the word. He also published Imagine There’s No Heaven: How Atheism Helped Create the Modern World. Stephens was a fellow at the Shorenstein Center at Harvard’s Kennedy School. He shares Lowell Thomas’ love of travel and had the privilege of following Thomas' tracks through Colorado, Alaska, the Yukon, Europe, Arabia, Sikkim and Tibet.
Lola Van Wagenen

After working with Rick Moulton on his proposal for a Lowell Thomas documentary film, Lola persuaded him that a portion of his remarkable material would make a fascinating and relevant online exhibit. She has served actively overseeing and working on all aspects of its development. She is currently Director of Clio Visualizing History and was an Executive Producer of “Miss America: A Documentary History.”
Melinda Moulton

Melinda Moulton has been involved in environmental and socially conscious redevelopment since 1983, creating a new model for development. As CEO and redeveloper of Main Street Landing, she provided the leadership to produce a 25-year incremental redevelopment project for the Burlington Vermont Waterfront, and spearheaded 250,000 square feet and thirty million dollars of built environment on Burlington’s Waterfront. Her sustainability agenda of ecological integrity, economic security, individual empowerment, and social well-being is recognized throughout the country as the way of the future for design, development, construction, and good business practice in the area of built-environment development. Melinda lectures across the country on her work.
